For the duration of his/her stay, the OWNER shall owe a «stay fee» per day to the amount of the running expenses for servicing the apartment, payable upon accommodation.

All payment must be transferred to an account specified by the management company.

   No 6 Why do I have to renovate the inventory package every 2 years?

The inventory package needs to be renovated every 2 years as a result of its normal wear-and-tear (amortization) because of its use.

   No 7 Who pays for the cleaning of the apartment when it is rented out?

A standard cleaning package will be provided at the Front Desk of the complex. All cleaning activities and other extra services will be handled by the servicing party (Simeonovo Residential Park Ltd.).

   5.1.3. Signing of a delivery-and-acceptance protocol for the apartment and

   5.1.4. Insurance of the property in the apartment.
