Payment plan

After you choose a property, and we confirm that it is still available, we will reserve it for you! Our reservation fee is EUR 1000.

We will issue you a full contract for sale, which you will have to sign and return to us within three weeks.

Within three weeks of your reservation, the initial deposit (the first installment as it is in the preliminary agreement) must be paid after deduction of the reservation fee. It is equal to 35% of the sale price of your property. This will be paid via a bank transfer directly to us.

Further payments must be paid on time according to the terms of the contract, namely:

35% - on roof completion – May, 2007;
30% - after issuing of Protocol Standard Form 15 – December, 2008.
